Noticing a few new faces on here? This is one of them, meet our girl, Laura!
Born and raised in Adelaide (though she jokingly claims a bit of British heritage thanks to her mum and dad), Laura has spent the last few years wandering around Australia and even the UK for uni. From Melbourne to Noosa, Brisbane, Byron, and Kirra, she’s seen a lot of places, but somehow it feels like she was always meant to find her way back home and into the Fika family 🥹
Laura has a natural energy that makes everyone feel instantly at ease. She’s a listener, always ready with a kind word, and somehow makes it feel like she’s been part of the team forever, even though she only joined just before Christmas.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her dancing, hitting a Pilates class, or playing Padel, and the same warmth and sparkle she brings to life is exactly what she brings to Fika every day.
We asked her a highlight from her time at Fika so far….
“Having started at Christmas time, I was lucky enough to be involved in the KK morning which was such a fun way to meet the team. But that aside, mostly just feeling like I immediately click with everyone. I’ve never met a more down to earth and welcoming group of women and I’m feeling so lucky to be a part of the Fika fam 🤍”
